My cherry farmhouse tables are a classic from the late 1800s. I use only select cherry wood for my farmhouse tables and will size each one to fit the room it will be in. Cherry wood darkens with time and exposure to sunlight so as your farmhouse table ages it will take on a deep rich color. This heirloom piece is must have for any kitchen. Your guests will want one too!
Joinery/Construction Details: This is a beautiful table made from select hardwood with three-inch turned legs. Aprons are tenoned and pegged to the legs to ensure a strong table base. The top is hand-planed, rubbed with tung oil and then waxed for added luster.
Finish: Hand-rubbed tung oil or lacquered for heavy use.
