This solid wood Shaker-style sideboard features contrasting tones of maple and walnut to emphasize the frame and panel construction. With two recessed panel doors, three dovetailed drawers and a bow-front top, the sideboard is both functional and elegant. The solid wood frame-and-panel back is useful for applications where the back of the piece is visible–through glass or as a freestanding divider unit within a loft or other open-air architectural space.
Joinery/Construction Details: Constructed of solid hardwoods throughout (including back), the Maple Walnut Sideboard utilizes mortise and tenon joinery, frame and panel construction and dovetailed drawers.
Finish: Hand-rubbed and waxed tung oil.
Hardware/Drawer Pulls: Standard hardwood knobs: choice of cherry, walnut, maple.
