This elegant solid cherry table with a single dovetailed drawer and thumbnail edge top makes doing paperwork a joy. I first designed and built this table for a customer who wanted a computer table, but it makes a stylish occasional table for foyer, family room or home office. The cherry wood used for this writing table will darken with age to a rich color.
Joinery/Construction Details: Traditional mortise and tenon joinery; hand-dovetailed drawer, thumbnail edge top, tapered legs.
Finish: Handrubbed tung oil.
Hardware/Drawer Pulls: Brass drawer pulls are standard.
